Hetalia USA and death poster

Have you ever wondered why USA is death (pun intended) afraid of ghost but seemed to not be bothered by death itself in that episode ? (Axis powers hetalia episode 48)

The answer its easy, It wasn´t death, It was México disguised as death (I have the crazy idea that just like Finland is Santa Claus, México can be the temporary subtitute of death when death needs a vacation or something of the like, yet he can´t really use of abuse that)

USA probably asked him nicely to help in that little plan "Lets make England better by making him angry at us for celebrating his death" , México probably accepted because it sounded fun and it involved freaking out someone. XD
